Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, providing professional and timely support.
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions to enhance client experience.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently through effective problem-solving and communication.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Manulife’s products and services to provide accurate information to stakeholders.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, customer service, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
