Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Proactively manage and maintain client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze client needs to provide tailored financial or service-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex account issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all client interactions within the CRM system.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- Meet and exceed established performance metrics related to customer service quality and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
