As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for onboarding brand clients across diverse industries, leveraging our comprehensive advertising solutions to meet their marketing needs. This role offers a competitive base salary of ₱50,000 – ₱60,000 per month plus an uncapped commission structure, providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

- Identify and target potential brand clients across various industries to expand our client base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing and onboarding.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in advertising sales, client acquisition, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network of contacts within brand marketing or advertising industry (preferred).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Philippine advertising landscape and digital marketing trends.
