- Identify and qualify new B2B client opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop compelling presentations of training solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective acquisition strategies
- Track and report on sales activities using CRM systems
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales acquisition targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or client acquisition experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Strong analytical abilities for client needs assessment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
