As an Acquisition Specialist, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying high-potential prospects and guiding them through our strategic management solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, revenue-focused environment where your performance directly impacts our business trajectory. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through proactive outbound outreach, networking, and research.
- Develop and nurture deep relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Conduct professional discovery calls and product presentations to identify client pain points.
- Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to customize service proposals that align with client business objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition and revenue KPIs.
- Provide detailed feedback on market trends and competitor activity to internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Associate, or Client Acquisition Specialist (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Technologically savvy with experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and collaboration software.
- Highly self-disciplined with the ability to maintain productivity in a remote, home-based setup.
- A resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections and persist through long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet challenging quotas and revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
