Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience by identifying customer needs and providing expert product advice.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients using our CRM tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand's luxury positioning.
  • Handle after-sales service inquiries, including luggage repairs and warranty claims, with professional care.
  • Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily boutique operations.
  • Stay updated on brand heritage, product technical specifications, and luxury market trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless and premium shopping environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a premium sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong passion for luxury brands and a deep understanding of premium customer service standards.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a target-driven environment.
  • Professional grooming and a sophisticated demeanor consistent with a global luxury brand.
