- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through personalized financial advisory services
- Drive sales of wealth management products, PRS schemes, insurance solutions, and business investment vehicles
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to deliver customized client solutions
- Exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial product innovations
- Prepare and present detailed financial proposals and performance reports to clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales, financial advisory, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates with strong potential encouraged)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid certification in financial planning (e.g., CFP, RFP) or willingness to pursue certification
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently and in team environments
