Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software products
- Document client interactions and maintain detailed case records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Provide product demonstrations and feature explanations to clients
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team development
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn technical systems quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
