Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in IT/tech industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of IT support principles and practices
