Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project deliverables and client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and support the sales team in upselling services.
- Prepare and deliver regular client performance reports and business reviews.
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends to better serve client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; 0-1 year of experience is ideal.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for client service.
