Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end client integration projects for digital banking solutions including API implementations and system migrations
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to define integration requirements and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations and internal departments
- Manage integration lifecycles from discovery through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with banking security standards and regulations
- Document integration processes, create technical documentation, and establish best practices for future initiatives
- Monitor post-implementation performance and optimize integration solutions for scalability and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in client integration, project management, or fintech implementation within banking/financial services
- Expertise in API management, middleware technologies, and digital banking integration frameworks
- Strong understanding of banking regulations (e.g., PSD2, API security standards) and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in agile environments
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana) and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Apigee)
