Are you a dedicated IT professional with a passion for relationship management and operational excellence? Ateneo De Manila University is seeking a Client Manager III to serve as a critical bridge between our central IT infrastructure and our diverse internal units. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and fulfilling IT requirements that empower our faculty, staff, and students to succeed.

As a Client Manager, you will not just be managing tickets; you will be partnering with unit heads to design and implement technological solutions that align with the university’s institutional goals. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical needs into actionable service delivery while maintaining high satisfaction standards across the campus.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned university units regarding all IT-related requirements and support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess unit needs and align IT initiatives with departmental objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with university standards.
  • Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure infrastructure, software, and hardware solutions meet the specific demands of the unit.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for process improvement and resource optimization.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices for technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT service management, account management, or technical consulting.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and service delivery frameworks (ITIL certification is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with higher education administrative processes and organizational structures is highly preferred.
