Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding process for Japanese-speaking clients across banking products and services
  • Verify and process client documentation, including KYC/CDD checks and compliance requirements
  • Act as primary Japanese language liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems with zero-tolerance for errors
  • Develop and implement process improvements for Japanese client segment onboarding workflows
  • Coordinate with risk/compliance teams to ensure adherence to banking regulations
  • Provide regular performance reports and client satisfaction metrics to management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Relations, or related field
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) and professional English fluency
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in client onboarding, customer service, or banking operations
  • Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and financial compliance standards
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Certification in banking operations or financial services (e.g., ACI, CIB) preferred
