TDCX is looking for a dynamic Client Onboarding Officer to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring their journey from initial engagement to full account activation is seamless, compliant, and efficient.

As an Onboarding Officer, you will bridge the gap between our operational teams and our global clients. You will be responsible for navigating complex verification processes, ensuring adherence to financial compliance standards, and providing proactive communication. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring timely account verification and activation.
  • Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving onboarding-related blockers effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Risk, Legal, and Operations, to streamline documentation workflows.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy within CRM systems to ensure audit-readiness and reporting integrity.
  • Proactively identify process improvements to reduce onboarding lead times while maintaining a superior client experience.
  • Prepare and update client documentation, ensuring all legal and service agreements are correctly executed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, financial services, or customer compliance operations.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and general financial regulatory frameworks in Malaysia.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and risk assessment.
