Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new partners.
  • Ensure all client documentation, contracts, and administrative records are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with internal policies.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor service quality metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized record of all client interactions, inquiries, and operational activities.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients regarding company procedures and service offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client operations, customer service, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
