In this role, you will be the face of our organization, tasked with fostering long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for strategic expansion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and relationship longevity.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews to present performance metrics, insights, and future growth strategies.
- Proactively resolve client concerns, acting as an internal advocate to ensure swift and effective solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide value-added recommendations to our partners.
- Support the sales team during the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and rapid value realization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or Business Development within an agency or e-commerce setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing and growing high-value client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce operations is highly preferred.
