Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years in client relations, account management, or sales roles
  • Proven experience in renewable energy, solar technology, or B2B services preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation and reporting
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and client management software
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams
  • Knowledge of solar energy solutions, PV systems, and O&M processes is advantageous
