Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to meet sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
- Track client interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any client inquiries.
