Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the PCB products sector
- Provide expert pre-sales consultations and product demonstrations
- Deliver comprehensive after-sales support and troubleshooting services
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contract agreements
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management or sales
- Strong understanding of PCB products and electronics industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Singaporean or PR candidates preferred
