Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Monitor client satisfaction through feedback collection and implement strategies to improve overall experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver exceptional service
- Develop and maintain comprehensive client profiles and relationship histories
- Identify opportunities for business growth through upselling and cross-selling based on client needs
- Prepare regular reports on client relationships and satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in client relationship management or customer service (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer relationship management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
