- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and financial objectives
- Provide professional financial services including customized loans, cash management products, and other banking solutions
- Analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and make informed lending decisions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional bank products and services
- Prepare and present loan proposals, credit reports, and other documentation
- Monitor loan portfolios and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending or client relationship management in banking
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan products, cash management solutions, and banking regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risks and financial statements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
