- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, needs assessment, and solution customization
- Drive business growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and achieving sales targets for banking products
- Conduct comprehensive client reviews to ensure satisfaction and develop tailored financial strategies
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams to resolve client issues promptly
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine client acquisition strategies
- Maintain accurate client documentation and compliance with banking regulations
- Represent CIMB Niaga in industry events and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or banking sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in financial services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess client financial needs holistically
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital banking platforms
- Deep understanding of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Strategic mindset with ability to develop long-term client retention plans
