- Manage and expand key client accounts with focus on retention and growth
- Develop and implement strategic relationship-building initiatives
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in client management or sales role
- Proven track record in client retention and satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
