Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and relationship metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
