Tanggung Jawab

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely follow-up
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
  • Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and relationship metrics

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
