You will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by navigating complex return processes, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all post-sales and product return inquiries.
  • Analyze and validate return requests against company policies and vendor guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to expedite resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of return status, ensuring data integrity within our CRM systems.
  • Provide timely and professional updates to clients regarding their return requests and claim statuses.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends in return data to suggest process improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to return volumes and service level agreements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or order management roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
