Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain SampleManager LIMS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues and user inquiries
- Develop custom configurations and integrations to meet specific laboratory requirements
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates and upgrades
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge transfer
- Train users on system functionality and best practices to maximize utilization
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance with industry standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Client Server Analyst with focus on SampleManager LIMS
- Strong knowledge of database management, system architecture, and network protocols
- Experience with laboratory information management systems and laboratory workflows
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and system administration tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in SampleManager LIMS or related technologies is a plus
