- Deliver strategic IT advisory services to clients, focusing on digital transformation, AI automation implementation, and IT governance optimization
- Act as primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring alignment of IT services with business objectives
- Design and implement managed service solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability
- Monitor service delivery performance metrics and continuously improve client satisfaction scores
- Develop comprehensive IT roadmaps that align with clients' growth strategies and digitalization goals
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to upskill clients' internal IT capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and service disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery
- Proven expertise in AI automation tools, IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT), and managed service operations
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Strong project management capabilities with experience delivering complex IT solutions
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cloud Architecture) preferred
- Deep understanding of Singapore's regional IT landscape and regulatory requirements
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
