Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to clients via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours.
- Analyze and resolve complex client inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of JPMorgan Chase's products and compliance regulations.
- Monitor service levels and contribute to team goals for operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business, Finance, or Communication).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Tagalog (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client service or operations within the financial sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, night shift environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
