Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Provide product knowledge and brand expertise to customers across Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia markets.
  • Resolve complaints and escalations in a professional manner, achieving first‑contact resolution targets.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions in CRM systems to ensure data integrity and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing) to deliver seamless end‑to‑end service.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support training of new team members.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay) are advantageous.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by a 24/7 operation.
