Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of client information using CRM software to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales summaries, and client feedback to management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and reinforce the partnership.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales and service KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM applications.
- A valid Singapore driving license is preferred for client site visits.
