Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial services? PERSOL is currently seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to join our team in the West region. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our high-value banking clients and internal operational teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and relationship management within the Custody banking sector.

You will play a critical role in supporting institutional and retail clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring all banking procedures comply with regulatory standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellence, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding custody banking services.
  • Handle end-to-end client inquiries, including transaction status, account documentation, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and operational discrepancies efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation in accordance with bank compliance and audit requirements.
  • Monitor account activities and escalate potential risks or irregularities to senior management promptly.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new banking clients, ensuring all KYC and AML documentation is complete.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives by identifying common client pain points and suggesting process enhancements.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in client service, banking, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong understanding of custody banking products and financial services industry workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professional conduct, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and banking software systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
