Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, and distribution logistics.
  • Coordinate closely with internal warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products.
  • Proactively monitor order fulfillment cycles and escalate potential delays to management for swift resolution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client documentation, ensuring all interactions are logged in our CRM/ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies in invoices, stock availability, or delivery documentation.
  • Support the implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics and client feedback trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, distribution, or logistics coordination, preferably within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems like SAP or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team-oriented environment.
