Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, and distribution logistics.
- Coordinate closely with internal warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products.
- Proactively monitor order fulfillment cycles and escalate potential delays to management for swift resolution.
- Manage and maintain accurate client documentation, ensuring all interactions are logged in our CRM/ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies in invoices, stock availability, or delivery documentation.
- Support the implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics and client feedback trends.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, distribution, or logistics coordination, preferably within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems like SAP or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team-oriented environment.
