- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain detailed client records and update information in our CRM system

- Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and service delivery
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills
Kualifikasi
