Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for business development and upsell within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in contract renewals and negotiations.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in the technology industry is highly preferred.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
