- Manage and mentor a team of client service representatives to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee daily operations of the client services department and implement best practices for service delivery.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency to resolve issues.
- Develop and execute client retention strategies to maximize long-term relationships.
- Coordinate closely with wealth advisors to ensure seamless support and alignment with client goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Conduct training sessions to improve team skills in communication and problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services, wealth management, or financial advisory support.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
