Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance audits and client inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve client issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets and KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and contribute to a positive team environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma, undergraduate, or bachelor's degree holder.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Baguio City.
