Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for client service teams specializing in financial services
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires covering product knowledge, compliance, and service standards
- Facilitate skills development workshops focusing on communication, problem-solving, and financial product expertise
- Assess training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder interviews
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics like performance scores, customer feedback, and productivity metrics
- Create and maintain engaging training materials including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in training or learning development within financial services
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and client service principles
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Experience developing and analyzing training metrics and KPIs
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities
