Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients within the IT and BPO industries to expand PERSOL's market share.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial cold outreach and discovery meetings to proposal submission and final contract closing.
- Develop and nurture a high-quality sales pipeline through strategic networking, research, and data-driven lead generation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Managers, IT Directors, and C-suite executives.
- Conduct professional presentations and solution-based proposals tailored to the unique business needs of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with operational capabilities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets as defined by the regional leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Outsourcing, Recruitment, or IT Consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated track record as a 'hunter'—consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- High level of professional integrity and excellent presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a cross-functional team.
