Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for business development and a knack for closing deals? PERSOL Outsourcing is looking for a driven Client Solutions Manager (Hunter/New Business) to join our dynamic team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

In this high-impact, hunter-focused role, you will be the primary driver of our growth in the IT and BPO sectors. We are seeking a strategic thinker who excels at identifying new market opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and navigating complex corporate landscapes to turn prospects into long-term partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients within the IT and BPO industries to expand PERSOL's market share.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial cold outreach and discovery meetings to proposal submission and final contract closing.
  • Develop and nurture a high-quality sales pipeline through strategic networking, research, and data-driven lead generation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Managers, IT Directors, and C-suite executives.
  • Conduct professional presentations and solution-based proposals tailored to the unique business needs of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with operational capabilities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets as defined by the regional leadership team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Outsourcing, Recruitment, or IT Consulting sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record as a 'hunter'—consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • High level of professional integrity and excellent presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a cross-functional team.
