Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality service experience throughout their journey.
- Coordinate and organize service delivery schedules to meet client needs and internal operational goals.
- Proactively identify potential service bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
- Monitor and track client engagement metrics to report on service health and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including clinical and administrative teams, to resolve complex client concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and performance reporting to management regarding client sentiment and service status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or high-level customer service roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of emotional intelligence and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work full-time in Mandaue City, Cebu.
