Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality service experience throughout their journey.
  • Coordinate and organize service delivery schedules to meet client needs and internal operational goals.
  • Proactively identify potential service bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and track client engagement metrics to report on service health and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including clinical and administrative teams, to resolve complex client concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reporting to management regarding client sentiment and service status.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or high-level customer service roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work full-time in Mandaue City, Cebu.
