Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering world-class service via phone, email, and chat.
- Proactively address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate client documentation, databases, and reporting logs to track account progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client-requested services.
- Manage end-to-end administrative workflows, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer response time and resolution quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or Administrative support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
