Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering world-class service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Proactively address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation, databases, and reporting logs to track account progress.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client-requested services.
  • Manage end-to-end administrative workflows, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Support the team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer response time and resolution quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or Administrative support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
