- Coordinate between brands, creative professionals, and HCN creators to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Develop and implement strategic paid social campaigns aligned with client goals and industry best practices
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and provide regular reports to clients
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign components
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
