Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
