Your primary mission will be to build and nurture robust, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. You will ensure high product adoption rates through strategic guidance, hands-on training, and proactive support. By deeply understanding the unique challenges and objectives of each institution, you will empower educators and administrators to unlock the full potential of hybrid and online learning, ultimately enhancing student outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you will analyze usage data to identify opportunities for growth, mitigate churn risks, and advocate for client needs within our organization. This role requires a rare blend of relationship management, data analysis, and educational insight. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience from onboarding through renewal and expansion.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive product adoption and ensure client satisfaction by guiding schools through the full capabilities of ClassIn's Learning Space Ecosystem.
  • Build and nurture strategic, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Analyze client usage data and feedback to identify opportunities for expansion, improvement, and churn mitigation.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars to empower educators and administrators.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client success plans, conducting regular business reviews to track progress toward goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and strategic guidance, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Support teams to relay client insights and influence the product roadmap.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Prior experience in the EdTech or education industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new software platforms quickly.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
