Tanggung Jawab
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Monitor client account health and proactively address any concerns or escalations before they impact satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to align client goals with company objectives.
- Document client interactions and account updates accurately within our CRM systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in client success, customer service, or account management roles.
- Experience within staffing, BPO, or service delivery environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and office presence.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
