Tanggung Jawab

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high retention rates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
  • Monitor client account health and proactively address any concerns or escalations before they impact satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to align client goals with company objectives.
  • Document client interactions and account updates accurately within our CRM systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in client success, customer service, or account management roles.
  • Experience within staffing, BPO, or service delivery environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach to service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and office presence.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
