Digital People is seeking a dedicated Client Success & Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients are satisfied and our projects are delivered on time. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to chaos. As an intern, you will work closely with our project managers and client success team to coordinate schedules, track progress, and facilitate communication between all stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital agency industry while developing valuable soft skills in project coordination and client relations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of client projects to ensure smooth workflows.
- Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and update project status reports.
- Communicate project updates effectively to internal teams and external clients.
- Organize project files, meeting notes, and deliverables for easy retrieval.
- Support the Client Success team in resolving client inquiries and managing expectations.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations for client meetings or project proposals.
- Monitor project timelines and alert the team to potential delays or issues.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts is a plus.
