Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day interactions and fostering strong relationships.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client issues related to SD-WAN and contact centre technologies efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to align our services with client goals and objectives.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of our solutions.
- Track and analyze client performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring timely resolution of escalations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements to provide informed guidance to clients.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven knowledge of contact centre operations and SD-WAN technology is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
