- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market clients across APAC markets
- Develop and execute client success plans aligned with business objectives
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and upsell potential

- Facilitate seamless onboarding and adoption of Ota Insight solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and insights
- Deliver quarterly business reviews demonstrating ROI and value realization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years experience in customer success or account management
- Proven track record of managing B2B client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in SaaS or travel industry preferred
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one APAC language
