About the Role
As a Client Support (Back Office) Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative and back office support to ensure smooth operations. You will handle client inquiries, process documentation, and coordinate with various departments to resolve issues efficiently. This role is based onsite in Cebu City and offers a one-day hiring process for quick onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Process client requests and documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
- Assist in back office tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle escalated issues with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Fresh Graduate (any course)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Cebu City
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
