Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Malay
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer service or documentation roles preferred
  • Basic knowledge of precious metals industry is a plus
