- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively on first contact when possible
- Handle escalations from customers with empathy and professionalism
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and upsell relevant products/services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months sales background in any industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer service software
- Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- No prior BPO experience required - we welcome fresh perspectives
